Two poorly girls

Well Emily got sent home from school yesterday, sore throat cough pale and lethargic, here we go again, rest of the week off for my little miss. Took her to doctors this morning for a 10 day course of erythromycin that will carry her over nicely to her tonsillectomy on the 16th then another week off school. Caved in and bust the Disney films out I bought for Christmas, got my two beautiful girls tucked up on the sofa with a blanket, lights off, surround sound up and Tinkerbell on :)

Playing with the playfood

Hannah "What shall I make you mum?"
Me "Ooo can I have a cup of tea please?"
Hannah "Do you want a big cup or a little one?"
Me "Erm can I just have a little one please"
Hannah "No mum ... you have a big mouth so you need a big one"

So Pretty!

Took the girls to Ikea yesterday and it turned out to be a really good rainy day out, after hot dogs and doughnuts they had their faces painted for free then we had fun in the display rooms and icecream on the way out :)

Spooky!

This year I let the girls get dressed up properly for Halloween, they actually got to have twice the fun because they was invited to a school party, we just visited family and friends but the girls loved it and understand why I wont let them go knocking on doors.  They are both very wise for their age because I often remind them about stranger danger and remind them that its my job to keep them safe so they don't complain :) Emily looked super scary in her blood stained white dress! eeek!

Sundown

Im such a lucky mummy, we had such a magical day today after a long drive we arrived at Sundown Adventure Land, watching the wonder and excitement on their faces was awesome, worth every penny!

The whole place is just one magical discovery after another including small rides, lots of interactive things to do, you could visit Goldilocks and the 3 bears house, candy village that smelt of sweeties and had a bubble fountain spouting bubbles everywhere and enormous sandpits and play areas!
We will be revisiting next summer for sure, worth every penny!

Day at Cleethorpes

Today we took the girls to Cleethorpes and dropped on for the most beautiful day ever! The sun was shining and we spent the whole day on the beach playing.

The girls loved it because the tide was up high which meant they was close enough to let them run back and forth paddling by themselves
