Nursery

As hard as it has been to let go i have enrolled Emily in sessional care for 3 hours a week, only one session but i dont want her to go anymore than that at the moment, one because it ties us down too much and you get enough of that when they start school and second, im not like the other mums who are palming them off 5 afternoons a week to get some peace, i actually enjoy spending time with my kids especially while im on Maternity leave, this is all borrowed time and they grow up way too fast for my liking.

She is getting on great there, especially after a couple of weeks phasing in.  Her new best friend is called Macey, she is 4 years old and seems to be well brought up and a very nice little girl, the only problem is she is a finiky eater so im going to have to keep a close eye on Emily as her eating is poor enough without a bad influence adding to it.

I love going to collect her at 4pm, she comes bouncing out all grown up waving behind her and shouting her goodbyes to her friends like she is at high school or something hehe, its a nightmare getting her to tell me what shes been doing for 3 hours too, id love to be a fly on the wall!

Why is it you never have a camera handy when you need it.. Iv just finished feeding Hannah and was having a cuddle while she was sleeping and she burst out laughing in her sleep again LOL This massive gummy beaming chuckle, im gunna start wearing my camera round my neck!

Emergency?

we went round to see mum and dad yesterday on their anniversary, Emily said "Mum i just love this emergency!", "Do you mean Anniversary love?" ... "yeah Anniversary, i love it!"
